I am a computer dummy! I wasn't able to download and use this software on my own. I telephoned tech support in desperation (I was on a time crunch to get some cards done). This sweet young man stayed on the phone with me while I downloaded it and created my first card. Now, I have no problem flying through it on my own. I've really enjoyed this software. The menus are easy to navigate and have loads of different cards for every occasion. Customizing the second page of the card is easy. I've already used it for customized thank you notes, kid's birthdays, and teacher notes. I haven't tried loading pictures in yet, but that looks relatively simple. We have an older version of this software and decided to purchase the 2006 version. We have used and enjoyed both of these products. They are easy to use and everyone seems to be impressed by the fact that they get a personalized greeting card. We would recommed Hallmark Card Studio to everyone that is a computer user. Thanks again for a great product!
Customer Review: Does not seem like a "new" edition

I found the cards were mostly the same as available in the last few editions, with their original dates still on the back, thus making the card look very dated. Envelopes did not come out as well as the 2005 edition, and I have to have both editions to complete a project. Felt a little more time and effort could have gone into this before it is described as a "2006" edition causing one to belive it will be different. By the way, I have purcahsed the last six editions, but probably will not do it again.
